How do I place an order online? |
|
| |
Once we have approved your registration, you can immediately place an order by browsing our entire catalog online. Any special dealer discount prices will also be displayed as you are browsing our products. Simply add your desired products to the cart and submit your order. We will then process the order and invoice you with the total including shipping. For customers with Net 30 (or similar) credit terms, we will ship out your order when ready and then send you an invoice with the order and through email. |

I don't want to use online ordering, can I fax or call the order in like before? |

Although we have a state of the art online ordering process, if you feel more comfortable with phone or fax orders, you are more than welcome to do so. Once you are a registered member, you can download the paper order forms straight from the member section. Simply download the form, print it out, and you can fax your order to (714) 230-7280. Or if you wish to speak with our friendly customer service representative. we are here from 9 AM to 5:30PM pacific time at (800) 232-2766. |

Which frames are legal for my state? |

Every state has their own laws and regulations regarding what license frames they allow. The majority of states are pretty relaxed about covering up certain parts of the frame. As long as the decals and state name are visible, there should be no problem. However, certain states (such as Texas) have very strict regulations on what license frames they allow. We have top decal, bottom decal, and universal fit frames to accomodate even the most strict regulations. However, please check with your local jurisdiction if you have any concerns regarding license plate regulations. |

What is your return policy? |

Baron & Baron Merchandise Return Policy-
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a prompt exchange or credit.
Customized items are not returnable.
1. Call and request an RMA form from your Baron Customer Service Representative (800) 232-2766.
2. On the RMA form, if not already done for you, please indicate your Dealer Name, Dealer Number, Contact Name, Address, Telephone Number, Fax and/or email address, the reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
3. The warranty is considered null and void if merchandise is tampered with in any way. Do not try opening the back of the lighted hitch cover, these are comprised of LED modules, they do not use light bulbs.
4. If the item is under warranty and is defective any way, we will pay shipping for the replacement. If you are returning merchandise for any other reason than warranty, defect, or order entry error. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.
5. We appreciate any feedback regarding the problem so we can improve the quality of our products in the future. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
6. In order to receive proper credit, the RMA form must be included in your return package and the RMA number on the outside of the package.
7. Package your return.
Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality box or carton.
8. Seal the package securely. Affix the return label to the outside of your package.
9. Returns Via UPS -
You may use the Baron & Baron UPS account provided on the RMA form sent to you. Enter the account number in the space provided on your UPS label and check the “Third Party” box.
10. Please circle “Credit” or “Replace” on the RMA form where indicated.
Package your return.
11. Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.
12. Please Allow 15 Days. It takes approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping and handling).
